    BSOD shortly after new install

I was so close. The last few days have been spent loading a fresh copy of Win 7 32 bit on my 11 month old Dell laptop, adding apps., programs and just fine tuning and personalizing. Problems encountered have been an occasional "Windows cannot be found" upon boot up and something about an issue with explorer.exe after Windows had loaded. So I was about to install one last program before cloning the drive and I get a bsod.
Tried the Startup Repair option but it was unable to fix. Attempted a boot and os launched. I have scanned the drive and it's clean. Just ran BlueScreenView and it highlighted to drivers. I'm not certain what to do but I want to fix everything before cloning. All your help will be much appreciated.

    Problem drivers

    halmacpi.dll
    ntkmlpa.exe

    Welcome!

Try a system file check. Open an elevated command prompt, and enter sfc /scannow.

I just received the email pertaining to your reply that you made 14 hours ago. Don't know what caused the delay but will run the system file check tomorrow.
    Thanks for your response.

I just ran the scan and it came back showing no integrity violations.
