Ok, it's running. 55-58 on 3 cores. 1 core is not used prime said error.
temp are fine then.
update your bois. Then try a memtest83
On Thu 2/25/2010 2:38:25 AM your computer crashed
This was likely caused by the following module: win32k.sys
Bugcheck code: 0x50 (0xFFFFF901C065A778, 0x0, 0xFFFFF960001AA805, 0x5)
Error: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
Dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\022410-34772-01.dmp
file path: C:\Windows\system32\win32k.sys
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: Multi-User Win32 Driver
The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect, possibly the culprit may be another driver on your system which cannot be identified at this time.
On the MB Bios page there is an update last 11/09. Here's the description - Fix DES version error Would that help?
And I'm running Prime again. This time all 4 cores working @ 100%. It took 17 minutes until Core #0 hit 70c, the other 3 right 63-66, Core #0 67/68 hit 69 a couple times and came down, then finally hit 70 so I stopped the test.
What does that say about the HSF/CPU connection and the RAM?

it might, and updating your bois many times will fix errors(but then agian sometime it will not hah)
I would install it. upgrades are good XD
As for will it fix your problem not for sure no. but if you do update ypur bois make sure you are ready with a backup bois disk (google it) just incase something goes wrong.
I would update to the newest version and then check system stabilty...go play a game or run passmark benchmark.(google)
I was initially thinking it was temps because you recently re-seated your core... your temps seem fine but if you are leary just look up your processor and check it against other people's temps.. the max for your processor is 100 so, if you can hold prime for 20 minutes your pretty good.
but yah upgrade your bois. rember to have a backup ready unless you have duel bois but a backup is something you should have anyways ...just incase.
try lowering your memory speed (133Mhz worked for me) or try switching RAM Dimms/Simms. There errors are usually symptoms of memory problems. Also try to test you RAM using memtest-86 (Memtest86.com - Memory Diagnostic), it found some errors while my RAM was using a higher clock speed but none with my current 133Mhz.
If you look back at the diagnostics earlier just click on the link
This was likely caused by the following module: win32k.sys
If you click the win32k. it will bring you to google. and read there are lotrs of people having the same issues. If you have done anyhting to your ram lately reset it to to stock..
I actually had a simular issue so I pulled out my ram and moved them around from slot a to b and b to c and c to a.. upgraded bois and my problems went away..
it apears to be ram but I think windows 7 has some issues with ram which haven't been fixed yet.. because this is VERY common..click the link and read what your dump file told yah
btw I use a program called whocrashed(google) to read the dump files... its super easy 1 button
and its free.. i highly recoommned it
What do you mean by 133Mhz for the RAM? It's on auto now at 1066 I believe.
Actually cpu-z says DRAM Freq. is 533. Yeah, that's 1066.
Update: Ok, I just turned it down to 800.
the 133 mhz ram thing was just cut and pasted from a forum i read about this error..
but i did have this issue and it was from playing around with my ram settings in cmos.if you set to stock and reset your bois. (upgrade as well) your problems might stop that what i did.
Ok, thanks a lot. I'm going to wait on the bios and cross my fingers turning down the RAM speed fixes it. Plus I have to record with WMC American Idol for my wife right now for the next two hours...
