Over the last month, whenever I close my laptop (not shut down, just close), it may randomly shut down and turn off the PC. I reboot and get the notice that my system has crashed. I have saved the DMP files and attached them in ZIP here per the instructions in the admin thread.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've updated my BIOS on the Dell to the latest revision, that didn't seem to solve it. I did run a Drivers update a few weeks ago to make sure most of my drivers were current, that also didn't solve it.
btw - I'm running Windows7, 32bit, updated over Vista. Dell Inspiron, 4gb RAM
Jim
These were caused by your Aumour firewall file scmndisp.sys. I would uninstall all traces of it to see if the problem disappears.
I would also run a system file check
Type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 00000000, memory referenced
Arg2: 00000002, IRQL
Arg3: 00000001, bitfield :
bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: 82eb41b9, address which referenced memory
