In the meantime I have also noted in device manager an exclamation mark next to my computer status : needs troubleshooting, when I troubleshoot -> message ".problem with Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter" I then apply the fix but outcome is MTT Adapter has a driver
problem - not fixed. Is this anything to do with the BSOD?
Update: I have run the Windows memory diagnostic tool - it didn't find any problems with the memory.
