    Constant Crash and Restart


    Immediately after windows started, which show the desktop, it will crashes that prompt a restart..
    some time can see that the ATI CCC cannnot start, also the logitech mouse keyboard setpoint480 cannot start..

    using window 7 64 bit, power color 5850, asus P43TD pro...
    just build the rig..

    But not everytime have minidump,
    attached is the two i can find..

    after start windows..
