    control center malware

I have this malware that pops up when I boot my system. I can close it by bringing up my task manager, but I cannot access anything on the system. I have just a black screen. Is there a way with task manager or services to access my programs or hard drive so I can either start my anti malware programs, or back up my system in the event I have to reinstall the OS? If I have to reinstall the same OS (Win 7 home premium) will it ask me to backup during the installation?

There are fixes for this but I need to access my system to run them, so that is my first choice other than a reinstall.

    Thanks!

    Eddie

start the machine in safe mode with F8, go to start, run, type msconfig, open the startup tab and see if you can identify the startup program and untick the check mark, also check the All Programs, Startup folder. If you are lucky you can start normally after stopping the startup program that is causing the problem...

I do not have access to start, or anything. As I said in my original post is that I can access ANYTHING but task manager. No start menu, no icons, nothing.

Force the machine to turn off by holding in the power button until it turns off. Wait a minute, then turn the power back on, start pressing the F8 key at the top after the bios screen, this should bring up the boot menu that allow you to choose Safe Mode. There follow my previous instructions...

I already did that. Even in safe mode I can not access anything.
