Bsod screen shots and dump files - plz help !!

Bhi all - just trying to get to the bottom of this - PLEASE have a look it- is a 124 stop code which indicates hardware - i have went throught the 124 check list - i ran mem test 86 9 passes - ive ran prime 95 (very scary ;-0 ) put my origional win 7 back on - its good for 2 days then bang bsod - i also have included some screen shots of various things for extra help -cpuz- event logs ect.

Also have you run a chkdsk /r/f on the HD? it is a frquent cause of 124 bug checks

yes thanks ken - done the list - system ran perfect for 5 days doing alot of multi tasking video work and also testing -
