    Hello Welcome to SF,

I guess multiple issues are going on. Mainly Ntfs and fltmgr related to you HDD. Let’s start with basics. If your Overclocking please stop. Make sure your BIOS have the latest firmware. If you using any Antivirus or Firewall uninstall it and see whether that makes any difference. Lot of old drivers which you need to update them.

Run the Memory Diagnostic & HD Diagnostic

Also i would recommend to run System Integrity Checker
Start > Run > CMD >Right Click and Run as administrator > SFC/ SCANNOW
    Drivers to be updated

    Code:
    Rtnicxp.sys Mon Mar 31 11:11:05 2008
    parvdm.sys unavailable (00000000)
    vmstorfl.sys unavailable (00000000)
    Fs_Rec.sys unavailable (00000000)
    msrpc.sys unavailable (00000000)
    volmgrx.sys unavailable (00000000)

    Bugcheck Analysis

    Code:
    DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If kernel debugger is available get stack backtrace.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: ffff5034, memory referenced
    Arg2: 00000002, IRQL
    Arg3: 00000008, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
