BSODs on first boots, otherwise stable - out of ideas

Okay, so I'm back for another go.

Problem:

The pc will run into BSOD every time I first boot it from after shutting it down. The BSOD is withougt a minidump and occurs a couple of seconds after the windows flag appears. And if I don't do anything, it will keep BSODing every single time it goes to windows, even in safe mode.

However, if I force shut down by holding power button down and reboot the computer and select run in normal mode everything will go just fine. The computer is very stable and I can keep it running practically forever.

What this has caused is that I'm usually more willing to put the computer to sleep state instead of turning it off which is something I do not want to do.

I'll give the spec list again as well:
AMD Phenom II x4 B50 @ 3.1ghz (stock speed) (core unlocked x2 550) stressed for a couple of hours, stable - hesitant to do a longer test cuz of reference cooler stress temps get to 75c if ran long enough and it starts affecting case temps.

MSI 785GM-E51, latest bios installed

4GB of OCZ 1333mhz ddr3 manually set to stock speed 9-9-9-20, had to set it manually because it wouldn't work otherwise, have ran memtest in windows for 2 passes with no errors

Old maxtor 80gb hard disk, but it's in a quite good shape.

onboard IGP radeon hd4200@670mhz, stressed in furmark for an hour no errors and also no problems in gaming whatsoever.

PSU Nexus NX5000-R3, 530W, 82+
