Rampage Extreme II, Everquest2, W7U and freezing

Hiya fellas -

I am looking for some help with a game program that freezes me up seemingly at random times. My temperatures for CPU and graphics are all well within limits. I've checked my memory with 2 runs of 10 passes in MEMTEST.

I'm just not sure where else I can look to help diagnose why things freeze. No bluescreen, just plain old freezing.

Some background on the game - it runs hell out of a single core of any system, constantly pushing it into the high 90% during gameplay. For that reason, I went straight to a possible CPU heat issue... no dice. I've got a HUGE amount of room before the i7 reaches it's "HOT" stage.
So I went for the GPU - and again - I am running at about 61 to 65C during gameplay - well within limits.
I thought maybe my memory wasn't getting enough juice, so I upped the voltage by a half a V - which may have helped some, but did not fix the issue.

Is there somewhere in Windows 7 that will help diagnose why this game keeps freezing? I've put the system through it's paces with Photoshop and SERIOUS churn with Adobe Premier with no troubles whatsoever. All of the benchmarking tools I have tried shows the system to be in fine shape... I just can't see where things are going wrong in this one game...
