    computer error message

my cousin has a dell gx270 running xp and this morning he called me saying that he turned it on and their was a blue screen with an error message
    STOP: 0x0000007E (0xC000001D,0x80537008,0xF79D93B8,0xF79D90B4)
he said he was only using the computer for surfing the web which i am inclined to believe for h is never home.
got the desktop with me and i turned it on and saw the same error message
when I try to go into safe mode it just stops along the way(actually dont know what I am meant to do in safe mode)it shows a few keys and then stops, will then have to restart it all over
when i tried to use the last good known config,it goes back to the the boot screen with wn xp and when i press enter,it goes back to the blue screen
Please do help me with this
    thanks in advance
