Cleartype tuner is malfunctioning

When I try to use the cleartype tuner, screens 3 and 4 of the selection process are blank. That is to say that no images are shown, so I can't choose which is best. I can still select where they should be, and I am still able to hit "next" and continue the process. How can I get those images back?
