xp mode keeps crashing in blue screen

Hallo together,

I installed the XP Mode on my Windows 7 Professional machine. First, everything went fine; the programs I needed the xp mode for ran w/o any problems.
Since one start of ie (or better Win update) the machine (not only the xp mode) keeps on crashing in the same bluescreen.

The shown Stop Error is the same every time:
0x0000007f (0x00000008 0x807EB750 0x00000000 0x00000000)

I tested the RAM by using memtest - no errors.
The other hardware seems OK, too. An enable/disable function of virtualization is not available in the Bios.

My System:

AMD Athlon ii x2 240 2,8Ghz
4GB RAM DDR2 800
Mainboard Foxconn A7GM-S 2.0
Graphic NViDiA 9400 GT
2x WD IDE HDD
SATA DVD-ROM und DVD-RAM

I uninstalled/reinstalled VirtualPC and XP Mode several times, but it still crashes on starting the mode.

Any ideas anyone?

I finally found a dumpfile, but not within the minidump folder, but in windows. However, date and time match with the last bluescreen while using xp-mode. Unfortunately, its size is 288MB (memory.dmp)

You could u pload it to a site like rapidshare.

You should also change to small dump in system control panel.

I used the Windows Debugging Tools (WinDbg.exe) for an analysis. The report file is much smaller, so I attached it instead to this reply...

Hi Simon and welcome to the forum. To keep the confusion down, please start a separate thread and upload your mini dump file there. We will be glad to help you.
