Help!Windows keeps freezing!

Help! lately my laptop keeps freezing and I have to force a restart, sometimes when it does it my mouse pointer still moves but that is all it does, it did it five times today, I tried to clean up system with tuneup utilities and did the defrag and all but it still freezes up. I tried two different restores but here is what I get-
Attachment 58772 I have not recently installed anything so I am pretty much clueless as to what it may be, right now I am haveing Kaspersky do a comeplete system scan. Any advice would help thanks.

Try checking the event viewer under Windows logs>application logs for any errors.

You may also try a selective startup: Run Selective Startup using System Configuration

If the selective startup works, we can work on figuring out which service is causing the freeze.
