nvlddmkm.sys BSOD during games after installing Win7

Since installing Windows 7, about a couple of months ago, i've continuously gotten BSOD 5 minutes or so into a game i play. All of these games worked fine while i was on Vista, but suddenly I get these BSODs while playing the games on Windows 7. I did not change any hardware or do anything to my computer during the conversion from Vista to Win7 (Did a clean install). So far, I have tried doing a complete uninstall of Nvidia drivers via driver cleaner pro and installing the newest driver but this did not work. Any help? I am using a 9600 GSO Geforce XFX.

    The BSOD stop code is:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 (0x86803008, 0x92720a30, 0x00000000, 0x00000002). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 030410-22468-01.

Attached is 5 minidump files associated with the BSODs.

5 memory dumps, all of which are STOP 0x116
4 blame nvlddmkm.sys (a component of your nVidia display drivers), 1 blames an unknown module
