Have you used any software that modifies the windows activation files? Have you recently installed the windows activation technologies update that might cause your windows to become false? If the WAT program noticies a problem, it will replace the files and cause your windows 7 to become ingenuine.

bad idea =.= really bad idea
Windows update actually helps with security risks.
Where did you get the solution to do a clean install and never update windows 7? I mean, there is no proof that it is because of windows update right?
Well anyways, it seems that a clean install is probably necessary. In the meantime, why not run an elevated cmd and type in slmgr -rearm and possibly get another 30 days of use?

hmmm strange....So you are using a prerelease version of windows. Now, do this okay? Open internet explorer. Go to the blue question mark in the upper right hand corner. Click on about internet explorer. Can you read me the version number it says? If this is what I think it is, you have one of the 7600 builds that were made just before the release build. To check for this, you need the numbers that appear after 7600.
