    Computer Crashing, Need Help

I'll try to make this as short as possible. Got my brand new computer in early February and a few days after it began crashing. After running all the tests I could come up with (windows memory checker, register repairs, etc) I decided to update Bios.. that seemed to work for 1 1/2 days. I took some advice from the cyberpower forum to reinstall windows so I did. I did a complete reinstall so everything was fresh. It started crashing again even before I installed any of the drivers. I installed all the drivers, making sure they were the newest versions, but still had crashes. I took out one of my sticks of ram and miraculously it stopped crashing every 5 minutes, it's more like once a day. Last night I installed bit defender and since then it's crashed 4 or 5 times. So I know one of my problems is that, but there is still something else and I can't figure it out. Would someone be so kind as to read my minidump files. I've tried to do it myself but my computer skills are not that advanced.

    2 corrupted memory dumps

    1 blames peauth.sys, 1 Ntfs.sys, 6 ntkrnlmp.exe, 1 usbehci.sys, 2 nvlddmkm.sys, 3 memory_corruption, 1 cng.sys, 2 win32k.sys, 3 dxgmms1.sys, 2 WN111v2w7x.sys, 1 cdd.dll, 1 dxgkrnl.sys, 1 USBPORT.SYS, 1 hardware, 2 corrupted memory dumps

Most likely this is a hardware error (but see the note below about the ASACPI.SYS driver). The dumps point to either a video or a USB networking error (but this isn't a 100% diagnostic certainty).

To start, please run these free hardware diagnostics:
    H/W Diagnostics:
Please start by running these bootable hardware diagnostics:
http://www.carrona.org/memdiag.html (read the details at the link)
http://www.carrona.org/hddiag.html (read the details at the link)

Also, please run one of these free, independent online malware scans to ensure that your current protection hasn't been compromised: http://www.carrona.org/malware.html (read the details at the link)
To rule out the USB networking device, please remove the device and uninstall the software. Then run the system to see if that stops the BSOD's. If it does, post back and we'll try some more tests to figure out if it's hardware or software.

To rule out the video card, please try this:
Try this free video stress test: http://www.ozone3d.net/benchmarks/fur/
    FurMark Setup:
    - If you have more than one GPU, select Multi-GPU during setup
    - In the Run mode box, select "Stability Test" and "Log GPU Temperature"
Click "Go" to start the test
    - Run the test until the GPU temperature maxes out - or until you start having problems (whichever comes first).
    - Click "Quit" to exit
Also, please remove or update these older drivers that were loaded at the time of the crash. Don't use Windows Update or the Update drivers function of Device Manager.
Please use the following instructions to locate the most currently available drivers to replace the one's that you uninstall OR remove:
    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: http://www.carrona.org/dvrref.html
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: http://www.carrona.org/drvrdown.html

Here's the older drivers. Please pay particular attention to any dated 2007 or earlier:

Thanks for your help, I did everything you listed for me to do. All my drivers are updated now. Last night I disabled my atheros ethernet adapter because my computer had crashed 2 times in a row and said usb network error (or something similar to that) I have a net gear wireless adapter and I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it. Last night as I was shutting down the computer it crashed and then this morning after logging on to it it crashed again. I attached those 2 mini dump files, can you tell me what they say? I feel like I'm so close to figuring this out now.
