Unexpected Crash

I was surfing the web and I got blue screen of death and got the following message:

Quote:
BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER

**Stop: 0x000000FE (0x00000002,0x8485BDD0, 0x8A3663F8, 0X862C1008)
I also get this message when I put USB devices into certain USB ports on my computer

What does this message mean? Why did I get this message? How can I prevent it from showing up again?
