Windows 7: Another Blue Screen of Death :(

Hi Guys

I need help, I had a screen of death come up while trying to exit quickly out of a game called Battlefield Bad company 2, I'm not sure what is the cause of this, Can you please help?

By the way I tried to compress a mini dump from C:/Windows/Minidump but it wont allow me saying no file found or no read permission the description is a padlock on it sorry Can I get another way around it?
