CommandLine: "C:\Users\Casey\Desktop\030610-32796-01.dmp"
Cannot execute "C:\Users\Casey\Desktop\030610-32796-01.dmp" 'Win32 error 0n5 "Access is denied"

Thanks I'll try that! I'm trying to open the mini dump from the issue I was having in the following post: http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-debugging/69047-unexpected-crash.html

Edit: I tired what you suggested and I still get the same message and I'm the only one that uses the computer

Boot into SAFEMODE with Networking, download the Debugging tools for Windows and save the installation file to your documents folder. Re-boot back into normal Windows and install it.
