    Windows 7 x64 Ultimate Crashes

Hi I've recently been having problems with seemingly random crashes, at first I thought it was related to Ventrilo, but I've still been getting them even without Ventrilo running.

I updated my Realtek drivers to the latest version just to be safe, all other drivers are up to date.

I am also getting the Kernal-Power 41 (63) issue, I thought that may have been to do with bad RAM but I ran Memtest 64 for 8-10hrs without it finding any problems.

I have attached the minidump, any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is a STOP 0x124 error. It's caused by hardware errors that are reported to Windows by your CPU.
Either something is broken, or there's a compatibility problem - so the most important thing is a review of what you've done to your system in the period just before the BSOD's started.

Beyond that, please review this post about fixing these errors: https://www.sevenforums.com/crash-loc...-what-try.html
