    APPCRASH, please help!

    hi Everyone,

I just installed Kingsoft Powerword on to my new computer. Now I am getting this message. I tried to uninstall this program from the control panel but I cannot seem to open the CP. The message keeps popping up. I can use the internet and my outlook is fine. I just can't open my files or the control panel. Please help. Thanks

Start button - In search box type "system restore" (no quotes) - chose a restore point prior to the Powerword install...

thanks all for your suggestions. I had it fixed. The only way to remove the software I installed was to press F8 when rebooting the computer and then uninstall the program. I tried system restore but the pop up window wouldn't allow me to get in to the control panel.
