Windows 7: System stalling completely

System stalling completely

My system is stalling completely and I then need to turn it off and on. I know its definitley not the memory as I've strived to find a problem with the memory and theres isnt one :/. The computer runs in safe mode so I think it could be a driver issue but how else can I confirm and solve this?
