    Cant get BSOD

I keep getting random restarts it can be at idle or after a few hours of prime95. I will tell you what I have done so far to try and sort it out. Reformatted HD and reinstalled windows, turned RAC task off, disabled slideshow/side bar, made sure no drivers are upagainst each other, overclocked/underclocked speed memory timing and voltages, temps are fine (its watercooled...and no leaks btw) ran memtest for 12hrs no errors, running prime95 it will go for hours and hours or crash after a couple mins. Tried disabling auto restart and still dont get BSOD. I have narrowed it down to memory I think as I can run with my CPU clocking at 4.4 and memory at stock fine but if I oc the memory up to 1600, even with cpu at stock it will still crash. Anyway I need some help/opinions before I call my contents insurance and have the whole thing replaced. Here is the only critical report I can get from Events.....

    - <Event xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event">

I have read threads with the same error but not one of the fixes have helped me.

Edit I have also tried WD diagnosis tools no errors, everest system stability no problems.

Although not completely on poiint it seems that event ID and source often relate to and audio driver problem. look here and try upgrading your audio driver. Iam having Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power crashes
