Windows 7: very important question

why my laptop ( hp pavilion dv5- 1199ee ) takes a very long time to enter to windows7 x 64 ultimate when switch on , and sometimes black screen shows after writing my password before enter to windows 7 x64 ultimate then i can't to enter to windows
please help me

Do the part that turns on Boot Logging.

Then after you boot your system, read the log.
You will likely see the system waiting for device drivers or other things to load.
Sometimes if you uninstall something like Norton AV, it doesn't remove the stuff from the registry and the machine sits waiting for a driver or other software to load, that no longer exists on the system.

It should give some clue. Post the log when you get it(make sure it doesn't have any text with your real name or any of that before posting.)

edit: btw if you did uninstall a Norton or Nero software, you need to download a removal or cleanup tool to get everything off.
