    Need help please


    I keep getting this bsod constantly and i dont know who else to ask for help

    We will need the actual .dmp file to be of any help... naviate to c:/windows/minidump and zip the .dmp file up and attach it to your next post....

    In bluescreen viewer i found this information that said was the cause of the crash...

    Caused by driver....ntoskrnl.exe
    Caused by address...ntoskrnl.exe+4a63cc

    Please don't bump threads when it was only 40 minutes since posting your dmp file.

    The experts who can read them may not be online you have to give people time to see the post and then work out what needs doing.

    can somebody telle me what to look for in an XML crash file please?What is it that makes an error look like an error?
    If somebody can tell me then i can look for my own errors...thankyou

    thanks for telling me Ken,it would have ben helpful if one of the others had told me how to do this,yet one complained of me bumping posts...very professional..Thankyou again Ken,ill do what you said(at last there maybe some hope)
