    BSOD at Startup

Alright, so a few days ago I posted a thread about my BSOD and hard drive errors (found here: https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...-problems.html ).
I did a Repair Install to fix the explorer.exe file problems that stopped me from accessing my hard drive, however the next day when i turned my computer on I got another BSOD at the same point as before.
They always happen at 'starting windows' screen after it has been loading for a few moments. When it reboots I try running startup repair, although that always ends in another BSOD or the computer freezing with an empty screen except for the green/blue windows background.
After turning the computer on once more and selecting 'Start Windows Normally' the computer runs fine, and this message pops-up, showing the problem (I think?).

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
    Locale ID: 3081
    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 1000007e
    BCP1: FFFFFFFFC0000005
    BCP2: FFFFF800033A756D
    BCP3: FFFFF880031BC3C8
    BCP4: FFFFF880031BBC30
    OS Version: 6_1_7600
    Service Pack: 0_0
    Product: 768_1
Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\081410-22042-01.dmp

I have attached a new copy of the minidump folder with this thread.
As stated in my first thread, this OS came pre-installed and is the only OS to ever be on it.
If any more information is needed to help solve this problem please just let me know, and thanks in advance for any help given.

    Hi and Welcome!

Same stop code C0000221 as before, which show potentially caused by corrupted DLL system.

One question I want to ask. Are you overclocking anything? If so please reset to optimal default setting. (Go to BIOS and change that)

There is one DMP (at start up) that blame nusb3xhc.sys, which is NEC USB 3.0 host controller. I would go to device manager and re-install the driver.
Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

    Code:
    BugCheck 1000007E, {ffffffffc0000005, fffff800033a756d, fffff880031bc3c8, fffff880031bbc30}

Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nusb3xhc.sys, Win32 error 0n2

If all of those doesn't work, Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates.

    Regard,

    Tuan
    Please check your Ram,
