If you really need to contact me off site, you can email me at my MSN address, jonathanking09 at live dot com.

However, I encourage you to keep things on the forums as much as possible.

Firstly, because there are many people here much more skilled at solving BSOD problems.

Second, others may read this thread later and be helped.

    Okay, now for the dmps.

Go to C:\Windows\Minidump, select at least the most recent 4 or 5, right-click on them, and in the Send To menu, and will see New Compressed (zipped) folder.

Then upload the newly created zip folder to this site. In your next post, you will see a paperclip icon.

As for Private Messages, they are possible, but only for older members. That is to prevent spammers. Stick around for a few more days and make a few more posts and you will get the ability to PM too.

Do you have WinZip or some other zip program? You need to zip the files to upload them here.

And if you from NY, you know better then to ask for phone #'s...........

Describe what you are having trouble with, and we will try to help.

    Thanks

    Thanks for the help.

basically I just bought this Dell 15 inch inspiron laptop...and I keep getting BSOD consistently.

I have different errors each time too. Its just so frustrating.

Should I be able to see the files? I cant open them for some reason.

I'm attaching what i attempted to zip and a screen shot of how the screen looks.
