Crashing all the time -- HELP

I have done a little research into this and I suspect that this is a driver error, because the windows memory checking utility does not give any errors. I am receiving the two errors:
PFN_LIST_CORRUPT
and
SPECIAL_POOL_DETECTED_MEMORY_CORRUPTION

UPDATE:
The BSODing has gotten worse. Now I am experiencing a BSOD on every shutdown, and also getting one every time I try to run my motherboards setup DVD.

I attached the new minidump files...

Hi -

21 = total dumps submitted

16 = VERIFIER_ENABLED_VISTA_MINIDUMP - driver verifier running
10 of 16 verifier enabled dumps flagged gdrv.sys
1 flagged NVIDIA

The balance named "memory corruption", the NT Kernel or "hardware" as the probable cause.

Update gdrv.sys = Gigabyte's Dynamic Energy Saver Advanced program driver

I also found this driver, but cannot locate any information on it -
Code:
Ctafiltv.sys         Thu Aug 14 02:48:33 2008 (48A3D541)
Upate these -
Code:
RTKVHD64.sys Tue Aug 18 05:29:10 2009 (4A8A7466) - Realtek HD Audio
Rt64win7.sys Thu Jul 30 07:58:43 2009 (4A718AF3) - Realtek Ethernet
Realtek HD Audio driver downloads --> Realtek

Realtek NIC driver downloads --> Realtek
