Lock up after awake from sleep

Hi, don't know if there has been a resolution to this problem

I have a Viliv S5 and X70. Both has Win 7 ultimate RTM installed. On both machines, I got lock up while awaking the unit from slp. There are several ways this can show up. One time, the login screen would come up after I hit the power button to awake the computer, but then it froze. Another time, it would allow me to use the touch screen to select my icon to get into windows, but then the unit would appeared to immediately the screen off and lock up

Much appreciated if anyone can give any suggestion. I've check the window event log after each of these lock ups which require hard rebooting. There's no helpful entry saying what might be the problem (with only some generic entry show up saying something like your computer experienced unexpected reboot due to interrupted power, crashes, etc, ).

I like to have the sleep feature working as the viliv has SSD which allows real fast wake time. This stability problem however, is really bothersome.
