Ken I m not much experienced in interpreting minidump files, or error codes. By your experience, its most likely to be caused from a driver file, or pure hardware failure? I ve done anything, all drivers are updated, no overclocks, bios updated, the build is 1 month new, and i even changed psu with a brand new..
Thanks for your quick response, really appreciated Ken. | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Professional x64 CPU Amd Phenom II x4 965 C3 stepping Motherboard M4A79XTD EVO Memory Apacer Giant II 1800MHz 4 GB DDR3 double Graphics Card Ati Radeon HD 4850 Sound Card Creative Sound Blaster Xfi Platinum |

Thanks for your quick response, really appreciated Ken. It could be a lot of things and we can help you work through them. Did you read thi link?
Generally we can look at drivers, or hardware but not at the same time.
I would look at memory and hard drive first.
for memory download memtestx86 and run for 5 passes
for HD run chkdsk /r/f
Let us know if you need help. There are many, many qualified ppl here.

Did the check disk before half an hour, no errors, the disk is green WD 1TB, 64mb buffer, 7200RPM brand new.
I havent checked the memory modules with memtest, only with memory diagnostics, which resulted into no errors. I will do in the next hours and update my post. I so hope its the memory.
The Build is :
AMD Phenom II x4 965 C3 stepping 3.4Ghz
MB Asus M4A79XTD Evo
Apacer GIant II memory DDR3 double channel, 1800Mhz OC profile supported.
Ati Radeon HD 4850 512mb | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Professional x64 CPU Amd Phenom II x4 965 C3 stepping Motherboard M4A79XTD EVO Memory Apacer Giant II 1800MHz 4 GB DDR3 double Graphics Card Ati Radeon HD 4850 Sound Card Creative Sound Blaster Xfi Platinum |

3 passes, not a single error on Rams, and was pretty sure i ll be bad lucked lol. The manufacturer says they put exhaustive tests on dimms before going to market for stability in max name speeds...
So whats next? Should i install 32 bit version of windows 7? I somehow get the feeling its the wireless adapter causing it, everytime i get it, i m connected. But no sign of stressing on heavy loads in any aspect. The pc run around 6 days non stop full 100% load on all four cores with MATLAB, no restart at all. | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Professional x64 CPU Amd Phenom II x4 965 C3 stepping Motherboard M4A79XTD EVO Memory Apacer Giant II 1800MHz 4 GB DDR3 double Graphics Card Ati Radeon HD 4850 Sound Card Creative Sound Blaster Xfi Platinum Random restarts in Windows 7 x64 problems?
