Requiring assistance from fellow members :)

Good afternoon everyone,

This morning I received a BSOD (see attachment) and I was wondering If anyone could explain it ? Any idea on what might have caused it ?

I sent the error message to MS, however most likely I won't hear back, which is totally understandable.

When I received this BSOD this morning, my laptop was on battery and I closed the lid and when I do that while my system is on battery power, the computer is supposed to go to sleep, according to my power options. However a half an hour later I returned opened the lid and found out that my system shut down unexpectedly.

Any idea on what might have caused this ?

Thanks in advance

You need to update the above drivers

You should also runn a system file check
(type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow)

Let us know if you need help
