BSODs on new Win 7 x64 system

    BSODs on new Win 7 x64 system


    I have a dell optiplex 755 that I just installed a new copy of windows 7 pro x64 on last night. Between last night and this morning I've had 4 BSODs. I am not sure what is causing the problem. Can someone tell me what it could be. I've attached the 4 minidump files below.

    Pretty straight forward. Memory.

    To test yours download memtestx86 and run for 5 passes.
