Windows 7: Driver Power State Failure BSOD

Hi, my computer is being shutdown a few times with the Blue Screen and I have no idea what's going on. I have the Windows 7 and suposedly I have no hardware problem and/or compatibility but I have been reading the posts and I don't know what to do. So I have uploaded the DUMP files so you guys can give me a help. What should I do???

These crashes were probably caused by your nvidia network driver nvmf6264.sys

I would download and install a fresh copy
I would also run a system file check
(to do that type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow) note the space between sfc and "/")

but I've already installed the new version of the software/driver of nvidia for the chipset of the motherboard.. so it wouldn't be incompatible with the network hardware.. I don't know what to do now.. I thought it was okay but it's not.. it keeps shutting down the Win. What do you suggest???
