    Blue screen at startup windows7.


    lastday when a web ask me to install adobe player at google chrome my windows notify me that someone try to hack,steel my information at my notebook..quickly i turnoff my notebook and turnon agin..when i turnon my notebook become bluescreen with this code

    ***STOP : 0X0000007E(0X0000005,0X908E7E3F,0X80EC5594,0X80EC5170)

    I can turnonmy notebook when i use safemode..

    last web that i visit and get the virus(maybe) is prontube..
    i clicked at the video and he ask me to install.
    Please help me who Pro with this problem

    The first thing you need to do is boot into safe mode and run a full scan with your anti-virus program....when that is finished, read this [1 - Novice] How to ask for help with a BSOD problem and upload your .dmp file for analysis...

    can use antivirus at safe mode?
    i aredy slove the problem with restore option..
    but i need other way..hehe..anyway thx for the advise...

    Yes you can run it in safe mode..also, just because you ran a system restore does not mean that your still not infected, run your antivirus to be sure...still waiting for your .dmp file..

    Navigate to c:/windows/minidump and zip up the .dmp file and attach it to your next post..
