    11th Blue Screen and Counting...

    Hello,

I am new to this forum but this afternoon I have been experiencing major issuues with my computer and I would appreciate if any among you who read these forum could lend me a hand fixing this........cause I am getting reboots every 20 minutes...formatting would be an option of course but I would preffer another type of solution if that is possible.....

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7100.2.0.0.256.1
    Locale ID: 2057

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: d1
    BCP1: 00000064
    BCP2: 00000002
    BCP3: 00000000
    BCP4: 98079D54
    OS Version: 6_1_7100
    Service Pack: 0_0
    Product: 256_1

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\032210-35115-01.dmp
    C:\Users\Tiago\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-43259-0.sysdata.xml

This was the message I got from what hapened , also sending the dump files, I don't know if they are of any help but to be honest I am no expert on computers either, just doing what I saw on other forums......

    Welcome to the forums Drakulea.

For future reference, their is a section of the forums dedicated to Crashes and debugging where most of the users who check crash dumps frequent.

By the time you read this, it may already be there.

You're running Windows 7 RC, which expired March 1. It's about time to get rid of it. Still, the BSODs seem to blame your network card. Download and install the latest network card driver for your laptop from HP's website.

By the time I posted my issues I also went to HP site and downloaded all the Windows 7 drivers from the HP site and everything seems to be running smoothly now......And yes I do know I need to upgrade my Windows 7 version also which I intend to do soon!
Thanks a lot for your reply =), have a nice day DT!

    Hello,

I am new to this forum but this afternoon I have been experiencing major issuues with my computer and I would appreciate if any among you who read these forum could lend me a hand fixing this........cause I am getting reboots every 20 minutes...formatting would be an option of course but I would preffer another type of solution if that is possible.....

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7100.2.0.0.256.1
    Locale ID: 2057

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: d1
    BCP1: 00000064
    BCP2: 00000002
    BCP3: 00000000
    BCP4: 98079D54
    OS Version: 6_1_7100
    Service Pack: 0_0
    Product: 256_1

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\032210-35115-01.dmp
    C:\Users\Tiago\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-43259-0.sysdata.xml

This was the message I got from what hapened , also sending the dump files, I don't know if they are of any help but to be honest I am no expert on computers either, just doing what I saw on other forums......

Wish tehy were all this easy. Every last crash was caused by your networj driver. netw5v32.sys

I would download and install a fresh coffee.

Let us know if you need help

    Ken
