| | Stalls changing uac picture Whenever I open User Account to change my picture Windows 7 64 bit stalls and I have to manually shut down and restart..any suggestions? |

We could use a bit more information. did it always do this? was this an upgrade or clean install. do you get an error message? Look in event viewer (type eventvwr in search) go to the windows log>application tab. Look for critical errors (they have red in the left column) that pertain to the problem. when you find them note the event ID and source codes and tell us what they are. Ken |
