    BSOD and system restarts

I built a new system a couple weeks ago with the following specs-

AMD Phenom II X4 965 Deneb
8 GB OCZ AMD black edition RAM
Gigabyte GA-MA790GPT-UD3H MBSapphire Radeon HD 5870
    Win 7 Ultimate 64 Bit

The computer frequently bluescreens or restarts itself during some games. 9.5 hours of Memtest had no errors for the RAM. All components check out for performance tests like Burnin. On one of the BSOD's restarts I managed
to get a mini dump file. Win 7 identified a driver issue during this BSOD and I suspect the same, but I figured I'd try and get confirmation on the .dmp here. Any help please?
