Wife got BSOD, no idea why

I wish I had more information, but my wife told me after the fact that she got the BSOD while browsing with IE 8. I don't know what she was doing at the time, and she doesn't remember. But I've attached the minidump in hopes that someone can decipher it. I tried to use system restore, but it tells me there are some corrupted files and it can't restore my computer.

I'm wondering if I'm looking at reinstalling 7. Any suggestions would really be appreciated.

Okay, here it is. I hope this compressed correctly. I tried to open it with notepad but got a message I didn't have permission to open it. I'm the Administrator! I couldn't even upload the file uncompressed because I was told I didn't have the permissions to upload this file.
