Windows Explorer has stopped working

Hello, I have been having this problem upon boot up with the windows explorer. and it wont let me do anything. I have tried a virus scan (didn't work) and I have tried a Disk Check (Also didn't work) here are the details that it gives me about the crash

Every time i restart. it just comes back up it doesn't let up either. So any help that you can give me on the matter would help a bunch. thank you
