APPCRASH & BSOD w/ All games

I'm having appcrashes randomly between 30m and 6 hours.
I still can play games very fast ultra graphs and lowest with high fps but i still get appcrashes and sometimes even bsod's.

This is what i get for BSOD's:

    Probleemhandtekening:
    Gebeurtenisnaam van probleem: BlueScreen
    Versie van besturingssysteem: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1
    Landinstelling-id: 1043

    Aanvullende informatie over dit probleem:
    BCCode: d1
    BCP1: 0000021046C70975
    BCP2: 0000000000000002
    BCP3: 0000000000000008
    BCP4: 0000021046C70975
    OS Version: 6_1_7600
    Service Pack: 0_0
    Product: 256_1

Bestanden die helpen bij het beschrijven van het probleem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\032210-20451-01.dmp
    C:\Windows\Temp\WER-24351-0.sysdata.xml

    The appcrash reports are:
    (coming soon)

This might be a memory or graphics card problem but i want to be absolutely sure wich one it is and if it isn't because of malicious software.

    Thanks in advance.

    Two points of order.

One double posting is not a good idea. It splits the support.
two when you post it needs to be in english for us to help you

    Just a heads up

I'm fully aware of that but i had major difficulties posting this thread, i had to do it over 5 times and it did not show so i got a little sloppy and thought to edit it but when i edited it it showed up 2 times... I'll try to delete this thread and reply instead of edit in the future with new info.
Thank you so much for your time i hope you can diagnose the problem for me ^^.
