Windows 7: BSOD question.

BSOD question.

so everytime i log into ebay and search something i get the BSOD that says "BAD_POOL_HEADER"... only after i search something... or look at a certain myspace page.. its weird. iv searched all over to do these fixes.. but they are confusing and some that tell me delete this or do that.. it wont delete or it wont move or change. confusing i know. ugh. Thanks

windows 7 64bit. any other info needed?

read the instructions that Johnathan_King gave you in his post.

You need to find and upload the DMP file for us to be able to tell you what is causing it

i read the instructions.. i copied the files into a folder on the desktop ( is that even right? ) but i dont see an option to ZIP the file on the menu bar or right clicking the folder..

is that copy you posted supposed to be what i sent you? why does it say "C:\Users\Jonathan\Desktop\032710-26551-01.dmp"
cause my computer is supposed to come up C:\Users\jaime-jose

i have a wireless router and know my neighbor uses it sometimes.. and his name is jonthan.. so i am confused.

and how do i update what i have to update?
