    BSOD - Minidump help needed.

Hello, i've been having trouble with my Windows 7 - 64bit. It keeps giving me BSOD and Windbg says:

    BugCheck 1A, {41790, fffffa8004818cf0, ffff, 0}

    Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt! ?? ::FNODOBFM::`string'+339d6 )

I've included the minidump here, any help would be appreciated.
I also have Windows XP 32bit on another HDD which is working fine with the same setup.

    Intel Core i5 - 750
    Asus P7P55D-E (0711 - BIOS)
    4 x 2gb DDR3 1333MHz (PC3-10660) CL7
    ______________________________________________________________

Another thing, in CPU-Z it says my RAM is:
    DRAM Frequency: 666 MHz
    FSB:DRAM 2:10
    CAS# Latency (CL) 9.0 clocks
    RAS# to CAS# Delay (tRCD) 9 clocks
    RAS# Precharge (trp) 9 clocks
    Cycle Time (tRAS) 24 clocks
Row Refresh Cycle Time (tRFC) 74 clocks
    Command Rate (CR) 2T

Thing is i have RAM which is supposed to be:
    Extreeme Dark Tri-Channel kit, DDR3 1333MHz (PC3-10660) CL7
    CAS-latency: 7-7-7-21

Might this have something to do with the "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT" BSOD?

It does. memory management. I would download memtestx86 and run it for 5 passes.

    Let us know the results

Should i go to BIOS and set the RAM - CAS values manually?

    Did you run memtest?

I would not adjust anything in bios until memtest is run

I ran the memtest86+ v.4.00, for just a little over one pass. If i read the thing correctly it gave me like over 3 million errors. It doesn't seem to give any clear error raporting atleast one that i'm used to looking at.

Anyways, it also showed that my RAM was CL 9-9-9-24 or something.
I'm baffled, since everything is working fine on my Windows XP 32-bit.

If memtest is giving you errors then before you can stabilize the machine you have to do something about the ram. I cant tell you if it is CL9 or something else. I would doubt the ram is good. Try testing it one stick at a time maybe you can isolate which it is.

I googled around and found this Diagnose with Memtest86+ Icrontic Tech
It said "If you are overclocking then too high FSB settings can generate memory errors as can under-volting RAM. Try backing down your OC or bumping the voltage to your RAM to see if that clears up the error."

I think i have everything in BIOS set on Auto, might it be under-volting my RAM?

I am clueless about either. I would make sure everything is stock beyond that I would be concerned.

    Ok, memtest86+ test results.

    • Each of the four RAM sticks have cleared 3 passes without any errors on Dimm slot B1.
    • When i tried one RAM stick on the Dimm slot A1 it gave me errors.
    • I tried one RAM stick on Dimm slot A1 and one on B1 as the manual says to run with two RAM sticks to have dual-channel, memtest86+ gave me errors.
    • Then i inserted the last two RAM sticks on Dimm slots A2 and B2 now having all Dimm slots occupied, i got errors.

Am i to assume now that each RAM sticks are ok and the problem infact is the motherboard Dimm slots?
