    when i try to report it to microsoft management console aka mmc stops working in
    event viewer where i try to sent the info

    crash where time i go into a particular folder it explorer crashes the folder has lots of videos and pictures in it
    when explorer restarts it closes the folder

    Occasionally event ID 1000 source 100 is caused by DEP. DEP or data execution protection prvents applications (and virus) from launching in protected memory space. It is located in conrol panel>system conrol panel>advanced settings> advanced>performance options. Default is for essential windows services. See picture. yours should be set that way.

    Let us know what your current setting is.

    in YOUR PICTURE THE SAME IS ON FOR MINE THE TOP SETTING IN DEP THE DEFAULT SETTING
