| | BSOD- Help needed Dumps inside I have a Dell D620 running windows 7. In the past couple months I have had a handful of BSOD's at start up. The sign in page comes up and boom Blue Screen. Attached are the dump files. 32 bit OS Core2 Duo 4GB ram |

| | I will try what you suggested. I don't think you were insinuating that my copy is not genuine but it is and validated. It is my work lap top. Some of the drivers that need updating are cisco drivers and I am fairly certain there is no updated version; Which sucks. I already know the CdpPacket.sys one is not compatible but it is required for apps that I must run. I ran the sfc.exe cmd and will hope that this helps. otherwise I will have to wipe my lap top clean again. My supervisor allowed for our MSDN subscription to expire. So finding support with Microsoft will not be easy. Edit: Thanks for the quick reply! |
