BSOD HELP! (Sorry for starting another)

Hello,

Only yesterday did I start getting this BSOD. I don't think it is the memory as I've got two 2gb sticks in place but I could be fun and in due course I can run some tests.

I built this computer at xmas so its fairly new and I can include my specs if required. All the brands I used are reputable though.

But heres the error and the zip.

Now you might want to run a system files check and test your RAM.

Open an elevated command prompt and enter sfc /scannow.

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using ImgBurn. Boot from the CD, and run at least 5 passes.

Thank you.

Could this be related to the last fault?
Also, it states Vista driver fault... I'm on Windows 7, would that have something to do with it?

I've attached the log.
