Been having some problems since i put my new computer together saturday, random BSOD can happen at any point basicly.
The bugchecks ive been given has been the 124 and the 19 one in the last 2 , windows 7 has been reinstalled 3 times since this also.

I see two possible causes. The first is bad RAM. Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using ImgBurn. Boot from the CD, and run at least 5 passes.
The second is your graphics card driver atipmdag.sys. I suggest updating your video card drivers, or uninstalling them and see what happens.

Graphics card got replaced last night , one of the BSOD's happened while trying to uninstall the ATi driver for the 5830 i replaced with a 4890 , so i think the graphics card thing should be fixed.
But yea i have a bad feeling about the memory might be buggy, ill try and take them out and put them back in

It's the 5830 drivers. I've been having the same issue at random times. I don't have to be doing anything specific. Sometimes when I'm playing a game, sometimes when I'm looking at pictures or articles on the internet. We just have to wait this out until ATI releases some drivers that don't suck.
It's really unfortunate that we pay good money for this card and then the drivers can't manage the memory going to and from it. Even worse is that AMD/ATI has probably the worst customer support ever.
That kinda blows to be honest, but i did have 1 BSOD after i pulled out the 5830 and ran with the 4890 this morning when i was sleeping though.
But havent had a BSOD the last 7½ hours so far since my computer has been running , i have been restarting a couple of times though, have had the memory out of the computer to look at them, put them into socket 3 and 4 instead of 1 and 2 , been doing some everest test on them.
So yea until now i just hope its the 5830 that did it and have been playing some tricks on my computer , if not im going to replace the memory as well.
