Random restart and BSOD

Hello,

I have a self-built system which has been running perfectly for two months. Today I had a random restart - the screen flickered black and then the PC restarted. A few minutes later when using the PC again, I got a BSOD. Hopefully somebody could take a loot at the dump for me and work out what caused it.

(Not sure if this is related, but a couple of days ago my secondary screen went black - I can drag things there and obviously Windows thinks it's there, but it's just black - have tried switching the cables, leaving if off for a while etc.)

Thanks.

You have at least 5 different causes for these crashes. Your video driver, hardware, win 7, etc.

When you have this many differetn casues I must start thinking about hardware first. Use these instructions to find out what it means and what to try. http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-loc...-what-try.html.

When you exhaust those I would re-install your video driver, and run a system file check to verify and repair your system files.
to do that type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow (note the space between sfc and "/")

Let us know the results so we can finish the repairs
