Still Crashing...minidumps attached

I have been here multiple times, and I appreciate the help. I still am getting BSODs when I play games. Currently I am playing Empire: Total War. I only get the BSOD when playing a game.

Previously I tested out my memory and graphics card; everything seems okay. Bios and drivers are all up to date. I wonder if there isn't some underlying problem with my graphics card and Windows 7.

Anyway, I have included the minidumps, so I am grateful for any help.

I just had something weird happen today, and I think it may be related. When I logged on my computer my graphics card was disabled in device manager. I re-enabled it and the computer rebooted and things worked fine. I would be suspicious of a faulty GPU, except it always passes stress tests...

Am I just being thrown to the fishes? Heh...Just curious if anyone has looked at the problem or if I am just on my own.
