    Hello Welcome to SF,

The Dump is pretty much straight forward. Its your Memory that has caused the problem. Lets do the basics. Make sure the BIOS is most update to date. Uninstall any third party antivirus or Firewall install it also can cause issues.

Run the Memory Diagnostic & HD Diagnostic

Also i would recommend to run System Integrity Checker
Start > Run > CMD >Right Click and Run as administrator > SFC/ SCANNOW
    Update the Following Drivers

    Code:
    Rt86win7.sys Thu Feb 26 14:34:22 2009
    AmdLLD.sys Sat Jun 30 01:17:32 2007
    Code:

Google them and find the vendor. Go to the vendors website and download the drivers from here.

    Rt86win7.sys is Realtek 8101E/8168/8169 NDIS 6.20 32-bit Driver

AMDLLD.sys is the AMD Low Level Driver that is installed as part of the Dual Core Hotfix .Try booting in Safe Mode and deleting the AMDLLD.sys file from the C:WINDOWS\ SYSTEM32\DRIVERS folder and then re-booting and installing the latest chipset drivers for your Motherboard

    Hope this helps,
    Captain
